We’re back… well, I’m back. Drifted away from writing, something I now regret, but realized that I need to keep at it. For me it’s an easy way to keep my head clear, get my thoughts written down, and I think it helps to reinforce the ideas I have.
So whats the goal of it? I’m not quite sure. But I think it will help me overall become a better me. Through the past 8 months its been a constant battle of depression and anxiety. Two things that play a large role in my life that I rarely if ever discuss.
Today is day 1 of my new life routine. I’ll write a longer post on the new routine in the coming days. But for now I’m just glad to be back and writing.
